"Rave On" original
A few days ago I downloaded the album Hold Time by M. Ward. My mind was immediately blown. His voice and sound is like something from an unknown era. It's beautiful and strong. My friend Matt told me that the song Rave On is a cover of a Buddy Holly song so I went on Youtube to check it out and here's what I found. So cute, let's go back to the early 60s and have a dance party please?

Kids can help too!
Yesterday at work Addie showed me this really cool website called
http://freerice.com/
At this website kids can answer math questions. For each question they get right, the website donates 10 grains of rice through the UN World Food Program to help the hungry. How cool is that!!? It allows kids to learn about not only math but it helps open their eyes to whats going on in the world. And it's so easy!
Now I'm going to brush up on some math skillz.
And stop world hunger at the same time!

I loved this when I was a kid
It's funny how it's all old people though. I mean, crayons are very fragile, only the tender and gentle hands of the elderly can ensure the precise packaging of these beautiful wax coloring tools.

Me and my crazy dreams!
I thought things were pretty cuckoo when I dreamed about an alligator serial killer in disguise who killed my friend's sister.
Or the time I had a dream that I had to save the world with EC who was a shooting star.
Last night I had a dream that I had a baby and the umbilical chord was still connected but it was belly button to belly button and I did not realize this until I got home from the hospital. The next day I decided it would probably be a good idea to go take care of the situation. On my way back to the hospital, this girl I used to babysit for named Libby ran into me and I was SO stoked because she's one of my favorite kids. So we hung out all day (with the baby hanging in my arms around my belly) and she thought she was a burden to me and started crying but I assured her she was making my day amazing. So she wanted to go to the movies and I was like SURE let's get our tickets on the way to the hospital. While we were in line getting our tickets this cute little short lady walked up with an empty wire stroller. I looked over to say hello and the woman said to me "Hi! This is my baby girl!" pointing to the empty stroller. I thought this was crazy and then she started talking to her baby girl and then got emotional saying how her baby girl "left" a long time ago. Libby and I immediately left the movie theater and went to the hospital. On the way she had to go to the bathroom really badly and insisted on going outside behind the hospital and refused to go to the bathroom inside when I suggested it. All these women were walking around with babies attached to their bellies in awkward positions. I woke up before I could get to the hospital.
WEEEIRD!!!! What in the WORLD?
Sweet dreams.
