Annoyed

Every other morning around 8:30... which is about ten minutes before I have to wake up for work, I hear an old and very loud vehicle park and a loud man with an obnoxious "Richmond" southern accent slams the door shut. After exiting his vehicle he proceeds in having a very loud conversation to someone... ughhh I can't describe how annoying it is to wake up to a voice that totally belongs to a man that wears boots, denim overalls, and probably a flannel... while also drinking a beer. So the noise starts outside my window and it trails up the stairs and directly above my room!!! I'm ready for this week to be over. Here is an image of what this man probably looks like:
